Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) fc168 Account. Registering or attempting to register multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited. fc168 employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. fc168 is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all registered Players. KYC is a mandatory process — Accounts that have not completed KYC will have limited functionality, including restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, and participation in promotions.

All transactions on fc168 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). fc168 does not impose currency conversion fees on PHP transactions. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider.

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the Account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. The withdrawal amount must not exceed the available Account Balance.
Where a Player's Balance includes Bonus funds subject to wagering requirements, withdrawal of those funds will only be permitted upon satisfaction of the applicable wagering requirements. Real money deposits that are not subject to bonus wagering requirements may generally be withdrawn at any time, subject to these Terms.
